RADII VOICES is a video documentary series of RADI Media, dedicated to building cultural bridges between the West and the East. This series seeks to document and showcase the stories of Asian youth who overcome challenges on their legacy journeys.

 

Hong Kong rapper Novel Fergus [@novelfergus], also the founder of record label Yack Studio [@yackstudiohk], grew up in the working class neighborhood of Sham Shui Po, where he immersed himself in the city’s culture, from grassroots communities to local cinema. Spitting lyrical rhymes with authenticity and style, he makes music that combines his personal stories with the aesthetics of the Chinese language — becoming the king of Cantonese rap.

 

As the Producer and Project Manager of the video production, I oversaw the project from start to finish over the course of two months.  From ideation, pre-interviews, scriptwriting, and video treatment to budget management, a two-day video shoot in Fergus's studio and concert, post-production, and the promotional plan, I led and coordinated across multiple teams — including videographers, editors, graphic designers, and the marketing team — to ensure alignment with both the schedule and creative vision.​
