RADII VOICES is a video documentary series of RADI Media, dedicated to building cultural bridges between the West and the East. This series seeks to document and showcase the stories of Asian youth who overcome challenges on their legacy journeys.
When I first met Kinyan at his debut collection at HKTDC, I was deelpy impressed by his aesthetics and the concepts rooted in his craftsmanship. I was clear that he would be the perfect subject for this series.
As the Producer and Project Manager of the video production, I oversaw the project from start to finish over the course of three months. From ideation, pre-interviews, scriptwriting, and video treatment to budget management, a five-day video shoot in Guizhou, post-production, and the promotional plan, I led and coordinated across multiple teams — including videographers, editors, graphic designers, and the marketing team — to ensure alignment with both the schedule and creative vision.​
Digital Marketing
The entire project was streamed across RADII's channels, including Instagram, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, WeChat, and the official website. With targeted digital campaigns across various platforms, this episode, RADII VOCIES — Kinyan Lam, reached audinces in both the United States and the Mainland China.
